Position Title: Account Officer.

Job Station: Abuja, Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Account Officer job opportunity is available at NOVO Car Rentals Limited for individuals who possess Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Maintaining financial records.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Checking invoices.
• Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
• Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
• Handling queries related to accounts.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required
• Experience in a public accounting or business firm a plus
• Familiarity with general software, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with accounting software a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
