Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliation
- Follow up with customers, collecting and allocating payment
- Monitoring customers account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Instigating and resolving customers queries
- Researching and resolving payments discrepancies
- Preparing aging reports weekly and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Preparing and reporting reconciliations files to the direct supervisor
- Developing recovery system and initiating collection effects
- Carry out other duties as assigned periodically
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university;
- Minimum of five (6) years cognate experience preferably in FMCG companies;
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of accounting software package will be an added advantage;
- Very smart with ability to multi-task
- Must be residing or willing to relocate to Lekki, Lagos.
