Responsibilities
- Reviews invoices, receipts and other document supporting transactions to verify accuracy
- Recording monthly revenues and expenses; received and disbursed including account receivables, account payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting
- Prepare, review and analyse monthly financial statements and report any variances to management
- Coordinate the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Verify if credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions
- Process and verify payroll and payroll reports
- Process authorised purchase requests as needed
- Perform monthly stock count exercises
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Assist with special projects when required
