Position Title: Ad Platform Business Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Financial:

  • Breakdown and Share Ad Platform Revenue Target Across Ad Platform Product Category.
  • Breakdown and Share Ad Platform Revenue Target among Ad Platform Sales Team.
  • Formulate and Execute Ad Platform Revenue Target actualization strategy.
  • Formulate and Execute Ad Platform operational cost reduction strategy.
  • Formulate and Execute Ad Platform project cost reduction strategy.
  • Ensure Target Actualization of Ad Platform Payroll Cash Payment to Ad Platform Cash Collection.
  • Drive Ad Platform Client Cash Collection through timely pricing and invoicing.
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly Ad Platform cash collection Target Actualization Report.
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly Ad Platform Budgeted Cash Payment Tracking Report.

Clients and Partners:

  • Develop and share Ad Platform Proposal to new Client for sign-up.
  • Visit and Call Ad Platform Existing Clients to upsell new Ad Platform before or at point of expiration.
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly Ad Platform Client Acquisition and Retainship Report.

Process:

  • Timely Ad Platform Research and Presentation of new Ad Platform revenue product.
  • Timely receiving of Ad Platform Client Campaign Brief.
  • Timely provision of Client Ad Platform Media Buying Plans.
  • Timely review and approval of Client Campaign Execution Timeline.
  • Ensure error free creation of client Ad creative work following Client brief specification checklist.
  • Timely deployment of Ad Platform based on deployment error checklist.
  • Timely Visit or use agent to get Ad Platform Inspection Report to Ad Platform Clients.
  • Ensure Maintenance of Ad Platform based on Ad Platform Look Specification without error.
  • Timely Update Database Record for all Ad Platform Clients.
  • Timely Update Database Record for all Ad Platform (Picture & Details).
  • Timely Payment of Ad Platform Regulatory Fee (LASSA Fee).
  • Timely Acquisition of Ad Platform Regulatory certification.
  • Provide Timely Weekly Ad Platform Team Task Execution Timeliness Report.
  • Provide Timely Weekly Ad Platform Team Task Error incident Report.

People and Learning:

  • Ensure the Number of HR Disciplinary Sanctions to Ad Platform Team for non-compliance to Workplace Culture and Core Values is maintained at Acceptable Target (%) level.
  • Ensure the Number of Ad Platform Team with completion letter from HR on planned training is maintained at Acceptable Target (%) level.
  • Ensure Ad Platform Talented Team Members are retained.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Minimum HND/B.Sc with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role.
  • Relevant professional experience is an added advantage.
