Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • ISO Internal Auditor Certification

Head of Marketing

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Reports directly to: CEO/MD

Responsibilities

  • Develops and fosters effective collaboration between the various functional areas/departments within the Company, and between individual members of staff (within AVERT SBU and other Companies in the Group) to ensure an integrated approach to providing high quality products and services to customers.
  • Acts as chief advisor and strategist providing needed support to the CEO/MD, AVERT business unit, its general workforce with respect to the identification of business and operational risk, and the resolution of attendant issues.
  • Maintains overall responsibility for the development of comprehensive Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Management strategies; works with functional heads to develop effective business plans, supporting budgets and resource deployment & management programs for enabling business activities.
  • Monitors business performance scorecards and budgets to ensure targeted revenue and expenditure profiles are maintained at all times; pulls triggers when necessary to ensure the business is always on course to attaining set EBITDA, ROCE, ROI and PBT etc. targets

Requirements

  • 1st degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field
  • An MBA is an advantage
  • 10 – 15 years of work experience, the last 6 which must have been in a Top Executive
  • Management/GM role within a reputable and structured organization.
  • Exposure to marketing principles, government and external agencies and supply chain management is important
  • Solid business strategy development and execution skills

Territory Manager – Sales Operations

Job Locations: Abuja, Ibadan-Oyo and Kano

Job Brief

  • We are looking for passionate Territory Managers, people who value building from the scratch to manage our client’s day-to-day sales operations of assigned territory including all assets within the territory.

Person Specifications

  • B.Sc. in a Commercial related field- Marketing / Business
  • 5-10 years’ of quality work experience in sales and/or business management with excellent sales and customer service experience
  • Experience managing teams & growing sales quota
  • Excellent knowledge about cars and its various models
  • Management/ Sales / or related disciplines
  • Relevant certifications and/or memberships desired

Trade Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to create and implement strategies to drive the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals, for target geographies across Nigeria
  • Create integrated Trade (Channel) marketing programs utilizing local market insights and sales input to ensure relevance in key geographies, to maximize sell-through
  • Be the expert in Trade (Channel) Marketing strategy development and effective execution to timelines
  • Directly engage with external Partner (customer) Accounts, to build long-term relationships, across retail, online, and B2B (wholesale and distributor) business
  • Lead Trade Marketing in co-ordinating mini-campaigns, supporting product launches and seasonal business needs.
  • Facilitate and enhance the Sales Team’s efforts in driving incentive programs and ensure successfully executed channel marketing activations
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channel partner activities
  • Connect with Marketing team to support key projects including events, promotional activities and trade shows as required

Requirements

  • Gradate or Post graduate qualification in Social Sciences
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a consumer goods environment
  • Experience in FMCG & Pharma industry would be an advantage!
  • Some sales experience would be an advantage
  • Trade or Customer Marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry
  • Understanding of retail & wholesale trade
  • Commercial thinking to inform trade opportunities and investment choices

Job Summary

  • The Key Account Executive is responsible for handling key accounts assigned to them; maintaining long term relationship with key personnel and maximizing the business potential of those customers through increasing sales opportunities and projects development.
  • The Key Account Executive will act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant divisions of the company.

Qualification and Experience
