Job Description

• We are looking for an Apartment Manager that will be responsible for the daily operations of the studio apartment from managing marketing, responding to complaints to handling and administrative tasks, to looking after the regular operations of a house and making sure it is running seemingly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• The Manager ensures all buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Promote and manage the marketing of the studio apartment to grow both online and offline reservations.
• Manage and ensure the advertising platform(s), such as Airbnb, have exceptional pictures and descriptions.
• Maintain an organised calendar of reservations to avoid double-booking.
• Welcome guests, exchange keys at the beginning and at the end of each stay.
• Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts and report any issues regarding the Studio Apartment.
• Handle administration and Manage inventory and oversee the re-stocking of supplies
• Make enhancements and creative recommendations to the running of the business and perform all different miscellaneous tasks as requested by the business owner.
• Politely inform guests of the Studio Apartment rules, how household equipment is operated, where necessary items can be found, etc.
• Must be available to handle any emergencies when the Studio Apartment is occupied by guest(s).
• Always ensure the cleanliness of the Studio Apartment (both within and outside) and supervise individuals performing cleaning, electrical repair, and/or general maintenance of the Studio Apartment.
• Perform a thorough inspection of the Studio Apartment before check-in and after check-out of guests.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum of OND required.
• 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry or experience managing short let or serviced apartments.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Knowledgeable about locations and attraction centres around the Studio Apartment and its environs.
• Should reside on the Island.
• Brilliant problem-solving and effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
