Position Title: Architect.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Architect job opportunity is available at Strugz for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Prepare and present design proposal to clients
• Produce detailed drawings
• Site visitation to check on progress
• Deals with problem that may arise during building
• Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
• Attend meeting with clients, contractors and other specialists

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Must have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimension (3D), AutoCAD or sketchUp
• Be inventive and imaginative
• Passionate about buildings
• Must have at least 3 years working experience in a construction firm
• Be able to organize projects
• Candidate with construction experience.
