Job Description
- We are currently in need of the services of a Business Analyst (age range 25 -35) for employment.
Responsibilities
- Define project requirements ( identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget)
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Planning and monitoring
- Financial modelling
- Variance Analysis
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or any Management course from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Industry.
Skills / Competencies:
- Ideal candidate should be technology savvy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven analytical background
- Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
Person Specification:
- Female (For Gender Balance).
