Position Title: Business Development and Communication Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Business Development and Communication Manager job opportunity is available at Matrix Homes and Properties Limited for individuals who possess First Degree in English Language or Social Sciences

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Implementing strategies to drive rapid industry penetration for the company
• Growing the clientele base of the company and increasing its market share
• Effectively representing and promoting the products and packages of the company to identified prospects
• Driving up the rate of commercial adoption of the products and packages of the company
• Continuously devising creative strategies to take the company to its target clients.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• First Degree in English Language or Social Sciences
• Must have at least three (3) years proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team and gain trust
• Familiarity with real estate online and offline marketing strategies.
• Good communication and presentation skills and must be enthusiastic about real estate
• Must be very enthusiastic about the real estate industry.

REMUNERATION :-
