Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE).

Job Station: Lagos State.

Business Development Executive (BDE) job opportunity is available at AnneMarthas Global Services Limited for individuals who possess Bachelor’s degree.

• The successful candidate should be comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales/business development activities. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving the company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions from the company’s range of tracking solutions.
• Pursue leads generated through offline and digital marketing campaigns and correspondence, such as hard-copy proposals and emails.
• Develop and implement outbound sales activities to garner new prospects
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our brand and products.
• Perform informative online presentations for prospects.
• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return, and warranty policies)
• Work within modern Customer/Prospect Relationship Management systems

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience
• Experience selling B2B software solutions is highly desirable
• Track record of going above and beyond sales expectations
• Strong phone presence
• Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience in a BDE in a GPS/Satellite Tracking solutions is an added advantage

REMUNERATION:-

• Targeted annual earnings will be comprised of base salary and a significant sales commission.
• Benefit package includes medical, group life insurance and pension.
• Compensation for this position will be commensurate with relevant experience.
