Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate and engage in sales calls to new prospects.
- Ensuring hitch-free internal and external customer experience.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;developing and negotiating contracts.
- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential clients;discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Interface with existing customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Seeking out new sales through cold calling and networking.
- Timely report rendition
- Build referral and lead generation network.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
- Interest in Real Estate and Investment
- Must be a resident in Lagos State.
- Must be result-driven
- Must be a team player.
- Must be ready to learn new things.
- Internet knowledge is an added advantage
- Must have the capacity to work under self supervision.
REMUNERATION:-
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
