Regional Sales Manager

Job Locations: Kaduna

Job Description

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.
  • The role involves hands-on supervision of a 20+ person field sales and operational support team across the region, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.
  • The RSM is responsible for driving volumes through a channel, relationship building, monitoring and evaluating results to devise strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or other related disciplines 4-7 years’ experience in having built together a sales team to push a new product
  • Significant experience building a distribution chain across Lagos (preferably Nigerian)
  • Understanding of distribution dynamics across multiple sectors including payments, lotto, telco, insurance, FMCG. Must have a strong background in electronic payments and mass market related sales.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Strong relationships across many different agent networks
  • Strong public relation, leadership skills, great client and employee relation
  • Extremely aggressive and self-motivated.

Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description

  • The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.
  • The role involves hands-on supervision of a 7+ person field sales and operational support team across the area, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business, Social Science, Arts or relevant field
  • Ability to communicate in English and local languages
  • 2-5 years’ experience in sales/marketing
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Previous managerial position is an added advantage.

Territory Sales Officer
