Responsibilities
- Contact customers and respond to their enquiries and difficulties.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.
- Attend to bulk orders and refer online customers to the relevant outlets or branches.
- Support customers and sales activities with a focus on satisfactory service.
