Responsibilities
- Direct and watch over a team of rodmen so that there is a smooth transfer of collected information.
- Handle different ways of communication to update the surveying team on the latest and relevant survey data.
- Identify and monitor on-site safety.
- Maintain safe usage of surveying tools.
- Note accurate area measurements to make sure conditions are suitable for the project.
- Plan daily work to keep a safe work environment.
- Record required data used in the construction project to help with accurate data collection.
- Use a meter to make sure that elevation is measured accurately.
- Use basic computer processes for data entry and analysis.
- have at least 3years’ relevant experience in land/engineering surveying;
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years work experience.
