Position Title: Chemist / Laboratory Analyst.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Chemist / Laboratory Analyst job opportunity is available at Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• An indigenous, pharmaceutical company in Lagos is in need of a chemist/Lab Analyst, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• The candidate must be enthusiastic and goal driven as the tasks need someone who is upright and diligent with their work, the duties required are
• To carry out chemical analysis of:
  • Raw water/DI water/Portable water
  • Finished products
  • Semi finished products
  • Packing materials
  • Stability studies
• Ensures daily calibration of the weighing scales in the QC and ensure periodic calibration of equipments.
• To supervise all the machines and certify them “CLEAN” for use
• Preparation of the chemicals used for fumigation (Every two weeks)
• To perform any other duty assigned to you by the management

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• A B.Sc. holder in Chemistry would be preferred
