Position Title: Cinema Supervisor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Cinema Supervisor job opportunity is available at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC) Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Providing exceptional theatre experiences to customers
• Supervising members of staff and facility equipment
• Organising workflow within the cinema and ensuring that delegated tasks are executed appropriately and efficiently
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback
• Preparing and submitting performance reports
• Strategising marketing plans
• Maintenance of all cinema floors and departments

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc. from a reputable university
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality management.
