Position Title: Client Services Intern.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Client Services Intern job opportunity is available at Cesca Estate Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Provide accurate, detailed and immediate information to clients. This involves engaging in conversation with them to understand their needs and goals, then provide informed advice on the company’s services.
• Management of Clients Receivables
• Respond to specific client requests and concerns in a timely manner, and escalate same to the appropriate parties within the organization.
• Resolution of clients complaints and needs in a timely manner.
• Move clients further in the partnership cycle. Make outbound calls to specified client targets, ask questions to identify needs, and recommend services or next steps.
• Complete a sales transaction and ensure issue resolution.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with our clients. Meet their needs so they are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company.
• Update client records after each interaction with them. Add notes to clients records explaining what the interaction entailed and report on trends as necessary.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• He/she should be a National Youth Service Corp member posted to Lagos and in need of a Primary Place of Assignment.
• He/she should be a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Estate Management/ Building Construction/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics graduate from an accredited University.
