- MBBS Degree or its equivalent from recognized institution
- Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in the respective specialty
- Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
- Valid License to Practice
- NYSC Discharge / Exemption Certificate
