Responsibilities
- Plan content and social media calendars that support brand objectives.
- Produce platform-specific videos, graphics, social posts and written content.
- Manage communities, respond to comments and direct messages and maintain engagement.
- Develop organic and paid digital campaigns that increase reach, leads and conversion.
- Monitor engagement, reach, click-through rates and marketing returns, and report practical insights.
- Follow platform trends and work closely with designers and product colleagues.
