Position Title: Copy Editor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Copy Editor job opportunity is available at Nairametrics Financial Advocates Limited for individuals who possess a degree in English or a related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Fixing any grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors
• Double-check that names, places and organizations are spelt properly and that facts, dates and statistics are accurate.
• Contacting writers’ sources and conducting online research.
• Making sure writers adhere to prescribed guidelines.
• Plagiarism check
• Editing, proofreading, referencing and formatting

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• A degree in English or a related field is an advantage but not required; however, impeccable grammar skills and knowledge of style is paramount.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
