Corporate Business Development Manager at Medaan Engineering Services Limited – Abuja

Medaan Engineering Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Corporate Business Development Manager in Abuja to win business contracts, build corporate relationships and develop sales opportunities for engineering and industrial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify corporate prospects and decision-makers and manage a pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Engage procurement teams, develop technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFQs and negotiate contracts.
• Develop client portfolios, partnerships and opportunities for additional engineering and maintenance services.
• Prepare sales plans, presentations, proposals and capability materials for company services.
• Track leads, quotations, negotiations, contract values, conversion rates, revenue and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, procurement and finance teams through contracting, delivery and payment.
• Represent Medaan professionally in client meetings, exhibitions and industry events and travel for business when required.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in corporate sales, B2B business development, account management or contract acquisition.
• Evidence of generating leads, gaining clients, negotiating contracts and meeting sales targets.
• Experience selling engineering, industrial, HVAC, renewable energy or similar technical services is an advantage.
• Competence with RFQs, CRM pipelines, Microsoft Office, commercial presentations, reporting and negotiation.
