DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Attending to customers at the counter on queries, sales and information
• Taking and following up on customer orders
• Processing payments on orders made by customers
• Assisting customers and providing solutions
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform customers and increase sales

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc. from a reputable university
• Excellent use of Microsoft tools like excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and use of cash register
