About the role
Country Manager job opportunity is available at VPS Technologies Limited for individuals who possess BSc in Computer Science, or any of the Social Science.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all operations within the country. This involves taking responsibility for Sales, profit, revenue, cash and quality targets etc.
- In charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and records management.
- Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
- Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis as demand.
- Recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Experience and qualifications
- 4-6 Experience in the related position, Sales, Product and branding at least 1 year in the role of a country manager
- Age: 34 to 40yrs Maximum (Very important)
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, or any of the Social Science, (MBA is and added advantage)
Skills:
- Leadership, Sales, Marketing and financial management.
