Position title: Credit Officer. Location: Akwa Ibom State, Ebonyi State, Enugu State.About the role
Credit Officer job opportunity is available at a Fast-growing Microfinance Institution for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Approve loans within agreed limits
- Mobilize Clients to meet with agreed target.
- Proper Verification of all clients/client guarantors, disburse and go for instalment/savings collections daily.
- Analyze client’s financial status to determine if loan should be granted.
- Sit in credit committee for final recommendation.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Go on loan recoveries.
Experience and qualifications
- SSCE, O.N.D, HND, & B.Sc.
- S.S.C.E holders with very good written and oral communication skills and a contagious passion for the micro finance bank sector will be considered
- Candidates residing in their location of preference will have a definite advantage
- Willingness to relocate to the state of preference is required. While ability to speak the native language of state of preference is an added advantage.
- Microfinance bank experience
