Position Title: Customer Experience Executive.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Customer Experience Executive job opportunity is available at HR Aid Consults for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Respond to all customer enquiries via email, social media and other platforms.
- Set up and troubleshoot VPNs.
- Monitor servers and report inconsistencies.
- Act as intermediary between clients and network operators – SenderID approvals, message escalations, etc.
- Upload DND and ported numbers.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc in any related field.
- 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Technology background is advantageous.
