Position title: Customer Service Associate. Location: Lagos State.About the role

Job Brief
- We are looking for a resolute customer service associate to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm.
- The sales analyst will be required to study existing procedures and formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Experience and qualifications
- B.Sc / B.A Degree in any field.
- Extensive experience as a sales analyst or equivalent.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Applicants must reside within Lekki, Ajah axis.
