Customer Service Representative at Eko Maintenance Limited – Nigeria

Eko Maintenance Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative in Nigeria. The position focuses on responsive customer support, complaint resolution and positive service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email, live chat and other service channels.
• Give accurate information on company services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues promptly, follow up on open cases and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective customers while maintaining patience and professionalism.
• Keep complete records of interactions, transactions, feedback, orders and service requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent customer service.
• Identify repeated service concerns and suggest improvements.
• Work towards service targets relating to satisfaction, first-contact resolution, response times, retention and complaint handling.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant customer service experience.
• HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong judgement, problem-solving, complaint handling and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage; proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications is expected.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, work with colleagues and maintain accurate records.
