Customer Service Representative at GUO Transport Company Limited – Anambra
GUO Transport Company Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for its logistics operations at 33 Nkwelle Ezunaka, Anambra State. The role combines customer assistance with parcel dispatch coordination and shipment tracking.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries about parcel bookings, rates, delivery schedules and logistics services.
- Coordinate parcel routing and dispatch across GUO Logistics locations.
- Check parcel packaging, registration and inspection in line with company and safety requirements.
- Track shipments and update customers on progress, delays and delivery outcomes.
- Keep accurate waybills, manifests, receipts, proof-of-delivery records and CRM histories.
- Resolve complaints, claims and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch colleagues between terminals and delivery points.
- Support the collection and accurate recording of transaction revenue.
- Represent the company’s logistics services professionally in customer interactions.
