Job Description

• They will advise & assist clients in buying, or renting Capital properties in Abuja. They will assist the Realtor reach out to prospective Clients to discuss variable investment options.
• The agent will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

Responsibilities

• Generate client leads to lease, buy or rent slots and property Assets.
• Guide clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Create lists for real estate properties, with information location, features and Presentation.
• Show asset properties to potential buyers.
• Facilitate negotiations between the Realtor and Prospective buyers.
• Promote properties with ads and other listings.
• Make presentations to companies, organizations and social clubs.

Experience and qualifications

• Must be a a good Communicator.
• Should be able to write letters and Proposals.
• Experience with Minimum sales Experince
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Open to understand the approach to the real estate business.
• Should be able to work independently and self-driven.

REMUNERATION:-

• Basic Stipend Between N20,000 – N40,000 (Negotiable) + Commission on Sales.
• Transportation would be available to visit high valued Clients.
• Flexible work schedule (Virtual and Physical Office).
