- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or any other related discipline from a recognized institution of higher learning
- Registration with relevant Professional body (COREN, ARCON, QSRBN, CORBON e.t.c.).
- Possession of a master’s degree in the relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate.

Condition of Service as obtained in Private Polytechnics in Nigeria.
