Team Lead – Legal/HR

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Offer legal advice and support on issues that may affect the company.
  • Draft and review letters and contracts and all legal documents for the company.
  • Identifying legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Review new contracts or amendments to existing contracts prior to execution by management.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed evaluations of major contracts or changes and ensuring that all contract terms submitted represent the best interest of the company.
  • Assist in the resolution of legal matters and advise management on any arising legal issues.
  • Liaise with government agencies and all external contractors on any legal or statutory issues.
  • Draft, review and implement HR policies and procedures for the company.
  • Ensure and maintain an accurate filing system for proper documentation.
  • Manage, oversee and supervise new staff recruitment, on boarding and induction of staff
  • Provide and manage trainings for all staff at various levels for continuous employee development.
  • Co-ordinate Employee Performance Appraisal with heads of department.
  • Supervise and manage employees’ issues with the company.
  • Continuously ensuring and safeguarding the interests of the company and the employees as far as statutory requirements are concerned.
  • Other related and administrative issues

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree (e.g. LL.B; B.L.).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Store Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
  • Ensures safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
  • Maintain proper records using an excel sheet.
  • To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
  • Issue materials only in required quantities for specific jobs after obtaining due authorization,
  • Any other related job

Qualification

  • Minimum of HND in a Business field such as Economics, Logistics, Accounting or any other related course and excellent record keeping knowledge
  • B.Sc in a Business field such as Economics, Logistics, Accounting or any other related course can also apply.
  • Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Ability to use excel or any form of storekeeping software.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent record keeping knowledge.

Plumber Technician

Job Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exercise general control over all activities in plumbing works and water treatment.
  • Must be competent in handling sewage works
  • Maintain pipes and piping networks
  • Handling sewage works
  • Any other related job

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of Trade Test certificate or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • The Applicant is expected to be familiar with plumbing works and water treatment.
  • Applicant must be competent in welding/ PPR and iron piping networks.

Electrical Technician

Job Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate with a team of Technicians in high rise building maintenance, repair, servicing and troubleshooting electrical system.
  • Carry out work assignments and prepare reports on assigned tasks.
  • Respond to all building related electrical concerns and perform corrective/preventive maintenance as required.
  • Provide checklist on daily basis.
  • Any other related job

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English

HVAC Technician

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
  • Assisting with customers’ queries.

Qualification

  • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems.
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.

Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

Job Location: Lagos
Reports to: Electrical Supervisor/Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
