English Language Teacher at a School – Agbado Axis, Lagos

A school in the Toyin Bus Stop/Agbado area of Lagos is recruiting a full-time English Language Teacher through JV Management Consulting to teach Junior Secondary School pupils and support their academic progress.

Teaching and classroom responsibilities

• Teach English Language to students at the junior secondary school level.
• Prepare engaging, effective lesson plans informed by the English Language curriculum.
• Maintain an organised and productive classroom environment.
• Support students’ language learning and overall academic development.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in English, Education or a related discipline.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English and sound knowledge of the English Language curriculum.
• Good classroom management, lesson-planning and interpersonal communication.
• Commitment to students’ learning and academic improvement.

• Salary starts from ₦80,000 per month.
