Position Title: Estate Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Estate Manager job opportunity is available at Canaan Estate and Homes for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Reporting to the CEO, his brief is to the head of the firm.
• He must be able to identify and prospect for real estate opportunities, marketing for them, and also supervising the property development department.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Ideal Candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and characteristics:

• HND/BSC in Estate Management (additional qualifications is a distinct advantage ) with at least 6 years experience.
• Extensive Marketing contacts and very strong flair for agency practice in Lagos State
• Proven ability to deliver and meet targets and projections
• High level of initiative, ability to withstand pressure and loves challenges
• Very strong analytical, interpersonal, oral/written communication and computer skills
• Ability to drive and a good knowledge of Lagos routes
• Performance-driven bonus and other incentives
• Candidate must be between age 30-40 years.
