EV Vehicle Technician via George Houston Resources – Lagos

George Houston Resources Limited is recruiting a Technician in Lagos for full-time workshop and field operations involving vehicle conversion, repairs, servicing and electric-vehicle components.

Technical responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle conversions, mechanical and electrical repairs, and planned maintenance.
• Diagnose vehicle faults, install and test electric-vehicle components, and troubleshoot systems.
• Maintain repair logs, technical reports and accurate records of tools and spare parts.
• Complete quality and safety inspections before vehicle handover.
• Provide technical support at workshop, station and field locations while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• OND, HND, trade test or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Auto Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in vehicle repair, EV systems, automotive electrical work or workshop operations.
• Experience with batteries, motors, controllers, tricycles and vehicle wiring is an advantage.
• Able to use workshop tools, document repairs, communicate technical findings and work safely.

Compensation

• ₦100,000 monthly salary and HMO coverage.
