Position Title: Executive Personal Assistant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Executive Personal Assistant job opportunity is available at Strugz for individuals who possess relevant qualification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Plan and Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CEO
  • Conduct research
  • Create initiatives
  • Create reports, presentations and other documents
  • Make travel arrangement when necessary
  • Organize and update database effectively
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
  • Must be a male
  • Very efficient
  • Very proactive and smart
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

REMUNERATION :-

N80,000.00 monthly
