Job Description

• The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution.
• You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
• Manage tenants/mini estates
• Manage Artisans
• Manage Engineers
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely/daily status reports to stakeholders

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.

REMUNERATION :-

Pay: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
