About the role

Finance & Administrative Assistant job opportunity is available at Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the provision of accounting, administrative, and logistical support services to AHNi State Office.
• S/He will prepare monthly financial report forms which accompany executed sub-project documents, monthly reporting/budgets, data entry into excel spreadsheets and automated MIS reports.
• S/He will assist the Accountant/SFAO to ensure the accurate keeping of all books of account for the project, including checking account, equipment and supply registers and all accounting records.

Experience and qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Sound accounting, administrative and secretarial skills
• 1-3 years’ experience with large complex organization is required
• Familiarity with international NGOs preferred
