Finance Control Executive at Integrated Dairies – Jos/Vom, Plateau

Integrated Dairies Limited is recruiting a full-time, on-site Finance Control Executive in Jos/Vom, Plateau State. The role maintains financial controls and reporting accuracy, supports budgeting and forecasting, and reviews risks and compliance across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Review financial transactions and carry out regular account reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports.
• Support budgets, financial forecasts and decision-making analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external financial audits and address identified issues.
• Assess financial risks and apply controls that protect company assets.
• Work with other departments to strengthen finance processes and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in financial control, audit or accounting, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or agribusiness.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management-accounting skills.
• Experience with audit preparation, internal controls and compliance reviews.
• Proficiency in accounting or ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical judgement, accuracy, integrity and ability to work independently and with teams.
• Knowledge of Nigerian taxation and financial regulations.
• Female applicants are preferred.
• ACA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
