About the role
Finance Supervisor job opportunity is available at Casers Group for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
Role Summary
- This individual will be responsible for supervising the Account Officers and managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and monthly performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Financial reports – P&L, B/S
- Preparation of Monthly performance reports
- Bi-Weekly Accounts Receivable Position statements
- Payment upload on Corporate banking payment platform
- Management of Inter-Company Reports and reconciliations
- Review of all Account entries made by Account Officers
- Accounts Payable management
- Assist Finance Manager with all external audit requirements – LIRS/ FIRS / ITF / NSITF audit exercises
- Monthly VAT/WHT Filing and payment
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Experience and qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university;
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
Knowledge and Abilities:
Essential:
- Candidate should have a vast knowledge of Accounting practices
Desirable:
- A familiarity of advertising and an understanding of promotions and marketing
Skills and Behaviours:
- Knowledgeable in Monthly closure procedure
- Ability to work with and lead a team;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Client management skills;
- Ability to lead people.
