Position Title: Financial Accountant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Financial Accountant job opportunity is available at L’Avyanna Skin Naturals for individuals who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Prepare and analyse periodic financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis
• Assist in establishing and implementing inventory policies and procedures
• Prepare, distribute and maintain daily, weekly, monthly inventory report and general ledger.
• Prepare and process receipts invoices and commissions
• Data entry
• Assure inventory control and accounting practices
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory count at all sites
• Create and archive monthly journal entries
• Compute taxes, and payroll procedures
• Successfully complete the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and reports set by management

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• A Chartered Accountant
• Working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Mastery of accounting software for effective performance
• High initiative and ability to work with no supervision
• Not less than 5 years working experience in Accounting (preferably in a cosmetic industry)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
