Details
- We are looking for a responsible FleetSupervisorto oversee the workflow at our facilities. Ensure proper documentation, report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles, stay up-to-date with safety regulations
- The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Monitor and report on transportation costs
- Maintain and bring in new partners
- Implement and monitor efficient car tracking solutions
- Oversee conduct of trainings for drivers
- Develop and implement risk management systems for fleet management
- Keep organized records of vehicles, maintenance and completed repairs
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum qualification OND in Management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Male Applicant Only
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with ability to drive
