Zenith Recuriters is recruiting FMCG Sales Officers for an undisclosed consumer goods company across Enugu, Warri, Benin City, Lagos, Kano, Sokoto and Kaduna. The role drives secondary open-market sales, distribution coverage and sales-team performance.

Job Summary

• Our client is hiring experienced Sales Officers to drive open market secondary sales.

What You Will Do

• Lead open market sales representatives to hit daily / monthly sales targets.
• Drive product availability, visibility, and coverage across retail and wholesale channels.
• Expand market reach and acquire new trade outlets/distributors.
• Manage distributor stock counts (SOH) and enforce team financial discipline.

What We Need

• 3+ years FMCG secondary sales experience in General Trade / Open Markets.
• Strong market route knowledge of Enugu, Warri, or Benin City.
• High energy, strong sales drive, and team management capabilities.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly + Transport Allowance + Attractive Sales Incentives.
