Front Desk / HMO Officer at Greenlife Hospital – Lekki, Lagos

Greenlife Hospital is recruiting a full-time Front Desk / HMO Officer in Lekki, Lagos. The role combines reception and customer-service duties with accurate client registration, records management and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Receive clients, verify registration details and record accurate customer information in the hospital’s internal customer relationship management system.
• Create and update customer accounts and maintain complete client records.
• Respond to enquiries, clarify complaints and coordinate prompt resolution with the appropriate departments.
• Manage requests for service or information changes and communicate updates to colleagues and relevant teams.
• Deliver courteous, reliable service to internal and external customers.
• Retrieve information from internal systems and prepare data for scheduled and special customer-service reports.
• Collaborate with the departmental team and contribute practical suggestions for better service.
• Identify potential service needs through customer interactions and share relevant insights with management.
• Process customer account adjustments and prepare customer-service reports and analyses.
