Front Desk Officer job opportunity is available at Polaris Digitech Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc in any related field.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients, vendors and visitors that call or come to the office premises
- Be at the reception always, supervise it and ensure phones are answered immediately and transferred to the appropriate staff member
- Ensure that Visitors are attended to immediately and directed to the appropriate staff to attend to them
- Receiving , signing for and distributing mails and delivered packages from courier companies or other sources
- Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing and mailing
- Supervise the cleaning of the reception area/the M.DТs office to make sure they are neat and clean always
- Ensure that copies of documents/letters going out are registered and filed appropriately
- Follow up on correspondences received in person or through phone to make sure they are resolved by the appropriate personnel
- Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagements he is involved in
- Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests and arrange them with the necessary personnel
- Any other duties assigned
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Candidate should not be above 27years of age
