Head of Fashion Production at Woodgate Structure Limited – Nigeria

Woodgate Structure Limited is recruiting a Head of Fashion Production to oversee garment production schedules, supply sourcing, quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan garment-production schedules, capacity and resources around collection releases and sales goals.
• Source and negotiate with fabric, trimming and external manufacturing suppliers.
• Set production quality controls and arrange checks throughout garment assembly.
• Manage production budgets and unit costs and identify improvements that preserve quality.
• Supervise pattern makers, cutters, tailors, quality controllers and production assistants.
• Coordinate with creative, design, logistics and fulfilment colleagues.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience in fashion production and operations.
