Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct all daily operational activities of the organization while providing direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations. Identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business through strategy formulation, leadership, and day-to-day management of business operations.
Experience and qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, I.T or related field
- Possession of a Master’s degree will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of sound Technical operations experience in an I.T organization
- Process driven, with strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Business communication and project management skills.

- General understanding and scenario creation of Operation in a Project based Organization
- Project Management Methodology to be adopted in Projects
- Strategic measuring Standardization
- Operational Strategic Policy Statement
