Heavy Duty Operators Trainer at Diamond New Energy – Nasarawa

Diamond New Energy is hiring a Heavy Duty Operators Trainer at its Endo Village mining site in Nasarawa State. The trainer will develop equipment operators’ practical abilities, assess safe performance and reinforce sound machinery and HSE practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating and training heavy-duty equipment.
• Proven experience training operators on excavators, loaders, graders, dump trucks, and other mining equipment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to conduct practical and theoretical operator training.
• Experience in mining, quarry, or construction environments is preferred.
• Ability to assess operators’ skills, performance, and competency.
• Good knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to identify unsafe practices and provide corrective training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in a mining environment.
• Relevant operator/trainer certification or technical qualification is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and able to work under demanding site conditions.
