- The Operations Analyst assists in overseeing the operations of the hospital alongside key departmental heads. A perfect candidate is one who is looking for a challenge in a rapidly growing hospital.
Responsibilities
He/she is expected to:
- Provide successful operational support and office systems within the organisation
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate supply chain processes
- Implementing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Strong understanding of data analytics which is then used to create policies and actionable points and translated into realised outcomes in medical and organisational contexts
- Ensuring that the patients who need the most help are heard, and attended to.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 0 – 2 years work experience.
