Job Summary

• Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a reputable hotel in Sangotedo, Lagos, for an experienced, competent, and results-driven professional to fill the following position.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Overseeing the hotel’s daily operations and ensuring smooth departmental coordination.
• Supervising, motivating, and managing staff to achieve excellent service delivery.

Ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, hospitality, and customer relations.

• Monitoring revenue, expenditure, budgeting, and overall hotel profitability.

Managing room occupancy, reservations, and front office operations.

Ensuring proper inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cost management.

• Implementing hotel policies, operational procedures, and disciplinary standards.
• Monitoring housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Applicants must

• Have substantial experience in hotel management, preferably in a managerial position.
• Be between 45 and 50 years of age.
• Possess strong leadership, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Have sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Be honest, disciplined, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Be committed to maintaining high operational standards and achieving business targets.
• Reside within or close to Sangotedo, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, Lekki, or nearby areas, or be willing to relocate to the location.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 / Monthly.
