Position title: Human Resource Executive. Location: Lagos State.About the role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Aligning human resources to client’s business objectives
- Recruiting the right talent
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
- Engineering talent development
- Enhancing recruitment efforts
- Planning strategic HR initiatives
- Running orientation and onboarding processes
- Designing succession plans
- Maintaining employee relations
- Developing and updating policies and practices
- Overseeing wellness and health initiatives
- Devise strategies for talent optimization and retention
Experience and qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Managerial Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- A solid understanding of business functions
- Strong leadership skills.
- Project Management Skills
- Good understanding of Labour Law
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized and proactive
- Good people skills.
REMUNERATION:-
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
